One of These Things is Just Like the Other ... Except for the Positions of the Bodies

I know the title sounds a little gory, but it does actually describe what you'll see in these videos.

In the first one, the New York Senate will sit through the pledge of allegiance to the United States of America.

In the second one, the U.S. Congress (well, some of em anyway ... some who just happen to sit on the same side of the aisle as the N.Y. Senators ...) the U.S. Congress gives a foreign leader a standing ovation as he bad mouths the U.S. in general, and Arizona in particular.
